6th class had a memorable tour in Carlingford Adventure Centre on Friday. Divided into three teams their first task was to build a raft that they would sail around the pier and back to shore! Despite the freezing water and some unstable rafts, they had great fun and their screams of laughter could be heard all over the Lough! After some pier jumping the children devoured a delicious hot meal in the Adventure Centre. In the afternoon they hiked up Slieve Foy to prepare for a long combat in the woods! Needless to say it was a great tour and one that they will remember forever. Many thanks to their teachers Ms Clarke, Ms Conroy, Jack and Carlingford Adventure Centre.
