Last week we learned about living a healthy life. We learned all about the things that are good for us and keep us strong and well. We talked about what our body needs nutritiously, and found out that we need plenty of protein, especially after exercise. As we have been getting LOADS of exercise this year (ask about your child’s best time on our daily 1k run!!) we decided to follow a simple recipe from our English books and make some tasty treats from a fantastic source of protein….CRICKETS!!!!
