Rinne na daltaí ó Scoil Naomh Muire gaisce ionatch inniu ag Féis Mhuirtheimhne i nDún Dealgán. Ghlac paistí ó beagnach gach rang sa scoil páirt san fhéis, le ocht mbonn buaite ar an lá. Táimid an-bhródúil astu toisc gur rinne siad go léir a ndícheall!
The 20 pupils who attended Féis Muirtheimhne today were superb and we couldn’t be prouder of their achievements. They all excelled on the stage in front of a packed Friary Hall as all were presented with a commemorative certificate after their recitation (along with a lollipop for good measure!)
Representing St. Mary’s NS on the day were Diarmuid, Abbie, Esmé, Oisín, Cian, Zoe, Sophie, Ellie, Fionn, Ellie, Róisín, Sadie, Sarah, Anna, Moira, Lily, Kate, Conor, Ruth and Amy. 2nd place medals went to Diarmuid, Ellie, Fionn, Róisín, Lily and Ruth while there were overall successes in the two senior classes with Conor taking the Rang 5 win and Amy taking home the coveted Corn Tómas Ó Choindealbhán as the Rang 6 overall winner!
