Alanna and Sarah accompanied Mrs. Farren to the Louth County Council GROW Award ceremony in the Crowne Plaza Hotel this morning. GROW is an acronym for Green Renewable Organic Waste minimisation which is essentially what we strive to achieve on a daily basis in our school.We successfully retained our Four Star status while in the Eco Tribes competition, we were delighted to receive a Silver Award.Well done to all who were involved, particularly the Green Schools committee,the Knockbridge Tidy Towns Association Ms. Conroy and the entire sixth class.
