3rd class were delighted to welcome local author, L.G Cunningham to the new library in St. Mary’s National School, Knockbridge today.
L.G Cunningham also paid a visit to 4th, 5th and 6th classes to share an insight into what is required to be the author of a children’s book series, and also gave the children a taste of his tale of the Perilous Parakeet, before he raffled off some books to some lucky individuals.
We hope that L.G. Cunningham remembers his visit to St. Mary’s National School when he’s a famous children’s author, and visits us again in the future!
