Well done to Zoe, Sophie, Aoife and Jack who were nominated for person and student of the month in our school assembly today! A special congratulations to Aoife who won the award for the Person of the Month in the Junior end of the school!
MoreSt Brigid’s Day
We had great celebrations for St Brigid today. We made St. Brigid crosses this morning with rushes. Our buddies in Ms. Clarke’s 6th class helped us. Then, at assembly, we presented Mr. McDonnell with a St. Brigid’s cross for the school.

We worked very hard creating a wonderful door display based on the book “Five Minutes Peace” by Jill Murphy. We created elephants in art and wrote about what we would do if we had five minutes peace.
