The boys and girls were invited to dress up as their favourite character from a book they enjoyed to celebrate World Book Day. The children put fantastic effort in and transformed themselves into various characters such as Mary Poppins, Thomas the Tank engine, Matilda and many more. Everyone got a chance to model their efforts on the catwalk in Halla Setanta and later on in the afternoon we enjoyed some buddy reading with Ms. Starkie’s 2nd and 3rd class.
